eatlocal2015The 5th Annual New Orleans Eat Local Challenge 2015 kicked of this weekend with local participants like the Covington Brewhouse. Here at Covington Weekly, we participate in the Covington Eat Local Challenge all year round. With so many great options to choose from, why not? The Wednesday and Saturday Farmer’s Markets are a staple for local produce and prepared foods, and many restaurants in town practice a “farm to table” approach which is gaining popularity.
