Bogue Falaya Park is now Open to the Public After Historic Flooding

The City of Covington announced that the Bogue Falaya Park is now open to the public after damage from the flooding of March 11th and 12th. In addition to replacement of all electrical poles, repair of playground fencing and one piece of playground equipment, the removal of 80 truckloads of sand and three large dump trucks of debris was also necessary to ready the park for public use.
