STPG Hosts Law Enforcement Luncheon

Pat Brister, St. Tammany Parish President, cuts the cake on Monday, January 22, 2018, at the third annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Luncheon. Organized by St. Tammany Parish Government, the event was held at the Slidell Municipal Auditorium and made possible through local sponsors. Members of law enforcement were treated to foods from local restaurants, door prizes, live music and a special message from Congressman Steve Scalise, which President Brister read on his behalf.

Lady Beware is a comprehensive, personal safety and awareness course sponsored by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office. Classes are open to both male and female. You must be 18 years of age or older, but high school students are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
