Playmakers Announces Staged Reading of Art

Playmakers Theater announces the production of its staged

reading of Art by Yasmina Reza on Sunday, March 25 at 1pm

at the St. Tammany Art Association’s Art House, 320

Columbia Street in Covington.

The cast includes Ros Pogue as Serge, Gordon Carmadelle as

Yyvan, and Kenneth Faherty as Marc.

“Art is billed as a comedy but it is much more than that,”

says Larry Gray, director of the show. “It is, on the

surface, a play about art but more importantly, it is a

very funny and, at the same time, very serious play about

friendship.”

Admission is $15.00 for all seats, and tickets may be

reserved by calling Playmakers at (985) 893-1671 or

purchased online at www.playmakersinc.com.
