8th Covington Business Resource Workshop

Work Force Retention: The Good, the Bad and the Challenges The Eighth Covington Business Resource Workshop will provide local business owners with awareness and understanding of best practices on Human Resources fundamentals and challenges for employee retention in today’s changing workplace. The workshop will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the Bogue Falaya Hall in Greater Covington Center. The workshop takes place from 8:30 to Noon, registration begins at 8 a.m.
Participants will include Parish President Pat Brister, Mayor Mike Cooper, City Councilman Larry Rolling, HR Director Sandy Hughes – SCORE Louisiana SBDC at Southeastern, Labor Attorney Michael Bush and Michael Hunley, CBA. This event is hosted by The Covington City Council Economic Development Committee and the City of Covington.
