When faced with a tragedy, sometimes something as small as a stuffed animal can make a big difference to a young child. Covington Police officers carry stuffed animals in their cars just for this purpose. Members of the Exchange Club of West St. Tammany stopped by the Covington Police Department to donate a box of teddy bears to give away.
