COVINGTON, LOUISIANA— On Saturday, June 19, 2021, from 9 – 11 am, Pelican State Credit Union will host a free document shred day for the Northshore community.
The entire community is encouraged to attend Pelican’s Covington branch at 100 Cherokee Road Lane, and to bring all of their personal, important documents and ID cards that they no longer need. This includes old tax returns, pay stubs, account statements, and driver’s licenses.
The credit union is proud to partner with local business Secured Shredding, who will be on site to provide free, secure document shredding for anyone in attendance; credit union membership is not required!
However, anyone interested in Pelican membership or any of the credit union’s products and services are in luck. Get Lit Nutrition, a local smoothie and juice bar, will also be onsite, offering free loaded teas to anyone who applies for a membership or product.*
Guests can RSVP on the credit union’s official website at pelicanstatecu.com/events. ###
