Collectibles, Comics & Community Meeting at the Firehouse Event Center This Saturday for the C4 Explosion!

Published by:

Every other month the city of Covington hosts the most interesting meet up in the Gulf South! Community, comics, collector’s chronicles (C4). This event was created by the people from Umbrella Comics & Collectibles to foster the collector community in the Gulf South. The C4 Explosion features collectibles, comics and community meeting this Saturday, March 13, 2021 at the Firehouse Event Center in downtown Covington (423 N. Theard Street). This event is free and open to the public, beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at 4 p.m.

The meet up features thousands of comic books, toys, video games and other collectibles. A big goal for this group in the community is giving back to local charities and non-profits, such as Northshore Families & The Youth Service Bureau. In March, C4 is working with the Yum Yum Gimme Sum Mobile Food Truck, mentoring community children through their business.

Find C4 Explosion on Facebook to connect with the group or to participate in upcoming events. Vendors are rotated out to give everyone in the community a chance to participate and work together. Bring your friends and family to be a part of the growing collector community this Saturday at the Firehouse Event Center!
