1. Add citrus (lemons, oranges, grapefruit) to add an extra zing to your boil.
2. Be creative with your veggies: try brussels, turnips, mushrooms and garlic.
3. Don’t forget to purge your crawfish before boiling! Pouring ice, water and salt over them (cooling their temperature) causes them to ‘spit up’ the contents of their stomach.
4. Season accordingly!
