The City of Covington will host its annual Jumpin’ Into Summer children’s event at the Covington Trailhead, 419 N. New Hampshire St., on Saturday, June 2, from 10 a.m. to noon. Children of all ages will enjoy this free, fun-filled event. It will feature a live animal presentation by the Audubon Nature Institute’s Wetland Express, a proram that gives children an up-close, educational experience with wildlife from the Louisiana wetlands.
