Paul LeBlanc – Missing Since February 2, 2003

Mr. Paul LeBlanc went missing during a walk in his heavily wooded subdivision in Covington. He was 69 years old and suffering from the Parkinson’s disease. His disappearance prompted his daughter, Susan LeBlanc, and Representative Scott Simon to push for Louisiana’s adoption of the Silver Alert System for missing seniors.
