Kelly Wheeler is a state licensed loan officer with NOLA Lending Group in Covington. Kelly has extensive knowledge and experience with a broad range of loan programs such as: Rural Development, Conventional, FHA, VA, ARMS, Jumbos, Bond and other specialty programs.
