Small Group Training: Our Specialty! Small Group Training is one of the best and most affordable ways to get the most out of your personal exercise program. You and up to 4 other people train together with one of our professional, experienced Fitness Trainers. We take into account all aspects of your health and lifestyle and provide you with a broad-spectrum work-out experience aligned with your needs and goals.
You’ll participate in different forms of strength training, diverse cardio activities, yoga and pilates, learn foam rolling and more! We educate, encourage, coach, and – we hope – inspire.
