Description of Classes
General Conditioning (GC) – Global strengthening and segmental strengthening (lower limbs, upper limbs, trunk and abs). The goal is to reinforce the muscle in a specific way. Classes are usually run in a circuit fashion with the emphasis on a region, i.e. lower limbs, upper limbs, abs, trunk, etc. MFS & ELDOA are the cool down for every training session.
Myofascial Stretching (MFS) – Specific awareness training. Stretching of the muscles and the links of those muscles with the goal of mobilizing entire muscular and fascial chains. 1-2 ELDOAS at the end of every stretching session.
ELDOA – Specific awareness training. Strengthening of the intrinsic (deep) spinal muscles and stretching of the fascial chains. The goal is to create space between the vertebra for the intervertebral disks, the nerve roots and the joint segment itself.
