In an effort to introduce our local police officers to the
community and provide an opportunity for the CPD to
highlight their outstanding officers, Covington Weekly
profiles are provided by Chief Tim Lentz of the Covington
Police Department.
Courtney Graves is employed by the CPD since June of this
year, and she fulfills the duties of my Administrative
Assistant. She received her bachelor’s degree from McNeese
University in Lake Charles. On her days off, she enjoys
spending time with her daughter Hailey, who has become
locally famous as the reigning Princess St. Tammany Parish
Fair, along with holding the title of 2016-7 Jr. Miss St.
Jude. The monies the department raised over the last two
months for “No Shave November” (which was extended into
December) will be donated to St. Jude Hospital in her name.
In addition, Courtney enjoys teaching group fitness and
spending time with her husband Trinity who is a sergeant
with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.
