While Christmas is embraced as one of the happiest holidays of the year, hundreds of St. Tammany Parish residents will spend their Christmas holiday at in-patient psychiatric facilities, away from the warmth of family and friends. You can be a Christmas Angel this year through your contribution to our annual gift-giving campaign.

Last year, NAMI St. Tammany provided over 300 gifts to individuals at local psychiatric facilities, which ensured everyone would have a gift to open on December 25th. While it may seem like a small token, these gifts represent community support and helps reduce feelings of isolation and provide hope.

Please show your support by making a donation to Christmas Angels today.

What: Suggested donation items include men, women, and adolescent socks, travel-size shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, travel-size body wash, snacks (popcorn, cookies, cakes, crackers, hot chocolate, candy), and entertainment (card games, board games, puzzle books, wireless journals, nerf balls).
