The 1st Annual Men Who Cook event will be this Saturday, October 5th, and will benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center – Hope House! Fifteen “celebrity cooks” partnered with local restaurants to create tastings of their favorite recipes to compete for Best Recipe and Top Chef! The event includes live music, complimentary beer and festive drinks, a photo booth, mini-cookoff challenges and more. It will be held at the top level of the St. Tammany Parish Courthouse Parking Garage from 6 – 9 pm. Tickets are $60 a person and $100 for couples. For more information check www.menwhocookevent.org.
