Every year Keep Covington Beautiful sets up and monitors the recycling bins for the Three Rivers Art Festival. Volunteers are needed to help set up the bins at 8:30 am Saturday morning; to monitor the bins and change out bags as necessary on a shift basis; and to help take down the bins Sunday at 5 pm.
