Eldoa an Essential Tool in Corrective Exercise and Performance

ELDOA is the only form of exercise that works to create space in specific vertebral junctions in the spine. The ELDOA exercises primarily work on the strength of the postural system and stretching of the fascial chains. As you work on strengthening the smaller intrinsic muscles surrounding the spine, you work on stretching some of the bigger and commonly tighter muscles such as the lats, hamstrings and muscles of the hips.

The exercises are very complex, meaning that they take much practice to perform properly. There is nothing easy about doing any ELDOA. But the results are amazing!

The awareness of your body will increase dramatically from taking the classes. I teach a lot of awareness during the warm up and throughout the entire class. As you continue to practice the ELDOA, the quality of your exercise will increase and you will have a greater affect at each particular joint region.

A better quality means that you can work more specifically at a particular joint segment, which equals a better result. 1 class each week will increase your performance in all aspects of your training, including range of motion, space for the joints, body awareness, postural strength etc. Whether you do martial arts, run, bike, lift weights or do lots of metabolic training, ELDOA is a big bang for your buck as far as a “regenerative” form of exercise goes.
