Mayor Mike Cooper is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Culotta as Police Chief for the City of Covington. Stephen, who is a member of the Covington Police Department for over twenty (20) years, replaces Chief Tim Lentz who resigned in October to pursue other opportunities.
