Thanksgiving Donations at Northshore Humane Society

Published by:

From Northshore Humane Society:

The holidays are a time for love and laughter with your family and friends. It is a time to reflect and be thankful for all that you have. And while Thanksgiving, in particular, is a day you usually eat too much and watch football, it is so much more! Thanksgiving is a day to come together around one table and share how thankful we are for the many blessings in our lives.

On Thanksgiving you and your loved ones gather, your beloved companion by your side. As you prepare the turkey and the green bean casserole, remember there are many animals in our community less fortunate than yours. Many homeless dogs and cats roam the streets in search of their next meal.

Northshore Humane Society rescues thousands of neglected and abandoned animals each year. But we can’t do it alone. Together we can save even more!

For the price of a movie ticket, $13.90, you can provide food to an animal in need for an entire month. Together we can make Thanksgiving Day special for a homeless dog or cat. Your special gift will give an innocent animal the second chance and loving family they have always deserved.

This Thanksgiving, please give back to those less fortunate than yourself.
